As the Leading Rental Housing Company Continues its Strategic Expansion, RangeWater’s
Property Management Team Continues to add to its leadership with new position
RangeWater Real Estate, a fully integrated rental housing company with assets across the Sun Belt and Mountain West, promotes Brett Boitano to the firm’s new position of Managing Director of Enterprise Services. In his new role, Boitano will spearhead the company's centralization efforts, and oversee initiatives to streamline property management efficiencies. He will work collaboratively with executive leadership and internal department heads, to provide innovative products and solutions that meet evolving needs of our clients, residents and team members, and enhance overall process effectiveness.
“Brett’s strategic leadership, financial acumen, and operational finesse make him a great addition to the leadership team,” says Andrew Wittgen, Executive Managing Director of Property Management for RangeWater. “His proficiency in overseeing portfolios, managing budgets, and cultivating efficient systems underscores his commitment to enhancing and centralizing our operations.”
Previously, Boitano served as Director of Property Management for RangeWater’s Build-to-Rent (BTR) division. With a robust background across the Build-to-Rent, Single Family Rental, and Global Hospitality sectors, Boitano's experience uniquely positions him to spearhead this new executive role. Before joining RangeWater, he held director and managerial positions at leading property management and hospitality companies such as Progress Residential, Sequoia Equities, and Marriott International.
“I look forward to collaborating closely with our internal departments, executive leadership, and valued clients, to unify our service offerings and identify key areas for efficiency. This collaborative approach will empower us to prioritize initiatives and unlock the full potential for a more streamlined and optimized future,” said Boitano.
Boitano’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in international business, a Master's in Social Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Psychology & Social Intervention from New York University. Boitano was also involved in the National Apartment Association Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Pretium Partners cross-company Pride Steering Committee, and as a founding member of Marriott International's LGBTQ Initiative, he continues to bring his commitment to inclusivity and community to the forefront. Outside of the property management realm, Boitano and his partner Ben appreciate globetrotting adventures, exploring new places in and around the Atlanta area, as well as enjoying a serene beach getaway.
With Boitano’s promotion, RangeWater continues to expand its experienced executive team and further its strategic growth focused on teamwork and collaboration to achieve greater outcomes in 2024. Recently appointed executives include Andrew Wittgen, Executive Managing Director of Property Management, who oversees the operational performance of the firm with a focus on business intelligence, strategic growth, and client relations for RangeWater’s Single Family Rental (SFR) business and all third-party management assignments; Alp Kirmizioglu who was promoted to the position of Executive Managing Director of Construction for RangeWater Construction, the firm’s in-house construction division; Franco Minton, the first-ever Chief People Officer who leads the firm’s talent acquisition and employee engagement; and Goldie Bartlett the new Senior Managing Director of Property Management for the Southeast, focusing on maximizing the value of each asset through a collaborative, process-driven, and performance-centric approach.
