U.S. Development Secures $74 Million Construction Loan, Set for Groundbreaking

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. — U.S. Development is poised to imminently begin construction of Salato Pompano Beach, the first boutique ultra-luxury development of its kind nestled along the city’s coastline. The developer is beginning to mobilize for groundbreaking after the Sept. 26 loan closing of a $73.8 million construction facility provided by Maxim Capital Group and BH3 Management. The project’s completion is expected before the end of the 2026 season.

 

Salato is already 40% sold before construction commences, as local, domestic and international buyers are attracted to the 40-residence project’s unmatched combination of privacy, amenities and lifestyle.
