Ron Romano is the new Director of Operations for Prim Properties. The expertise gained during a 25-year career in accounting and real estate has enabled him to forge a successful career in property management. Most recently, Romano worked with Tiber Capital, one of the country's largest aggregators of single-family rentals. During the company’s rapid growth, he built teams to operate over 8,700 single-family rental homes successfully and managed third-party property management performance. Romano used his calming demeanor in a bustling industry to lead teams to success with high occupancy and retention rates while maintaining low delinquency. Romano also held many roles in the multifamily industry with Pegasus Residential and was instrumental in growing the business from 2012 to 2021. A graduate of East Carolina University, Romano lives in Cumming, Ga., with his three children.
