RKW RESIDENTIAL Adds 1,100 Units to Growing Florida Portfolio
Premier multifamily management firm awarded new assignments in South Florida and Fort Myers
RKW Residential, one of the nation’s fastest-growing multifamily management firms, further expanded its strong Florida footprint with three new assignments totaling 1,100 apartment units. The firm now oversees management and leasing of the Metro Parc and The Atlantic by Soleste communities in South Florida, and Vive in Fort Myers.
A brand-new development from MG Developer and Baron Property Group, Metro Parc brings 559 Class A apartments to Hialeah – a city in the Greater Miami market that is experiencing significant development and investment. The 10-story building is part of the overall Metro Center phased development, which will include nearly 2.3 million square feet of residential and retail real estate.
The Atlantic by Soleste is a new Class A apartment project from longtime RKW Residential client The Estate Companies. The 253-unit building is in Pompano Beach, another South Florida city enjoying a wave of development and population growth. Pompano Beach’s central location within Broward County makes it particularly appealing to residents.
Vive is a 288-unit building developed by Olson Companies in Fort Myers. Completed in 2021, Vive is located within the Forum neighborhood – home to a large outdoor mall and near downtown Fort Myers and several major roadways.
