LMC, a leader in apartment development and management, today announced the start of leasing at Capitol 650, a new apartment community located in Milpitas on the northeast portion of the South Bay.

In addition, nearby Interstates 880, 680 and 101 and Highways 237, 87, 85 and 17 provide connectivity to major employment centers and technology headquarters.
In addition, the San Jose International Airport is located five miles from the community while the Oakland International Airport is a 40-minute drive north. Capitol 650 consists of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes of varying sizes. Community amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, panoramic sky deck, resident lounge, game room, pet washing and grooming station, large mailroom with Amazon Hub package lockers, spa, BBQ space, an expansive two-story fitness and training facility and a rooftop entertainment room with floor-to-ceiling glass and skyline views. The panoramic sky deck features a fire pit and seating areas. Residents will also have access to private bike storage with adjacent onsite bike repair.
