BBX Logistics Properties and FRP Development Corp today announced the formation of a joint venture to develop BBX Park at Lakeland consisting of approximately 213,500 square feet of state-of-the-art logistic facilities on 22.5 acres in Lakeland Florida. Both companies are full-service real estate development firms and this venture marks a significant milestone in the expansion of logistics infrastructure in the region.

In a celebration of their enduring partnership, Habitat for Humanity of Broward and BBX Capital Inc. marked a significant milestone with a generous additional contribution of $150,000 from BBX Capital. The funds will further propel the construction efforts of the new Coral Springs Community development by Habitat Broward and will fund a home for a Habitat family.
The ceremony, held on site at the Coral Springs development, brought together key figures from both organizations, highlighting the collaborative spirit that has fueled their joint mission.
